Must be Have min. 3-4 Year of Experience in Same
Have Good knowledge of Payroll Software ( Excelent)
and also good know of How to Provdied Training of New and Exeting Employer
Job Profile
ØEnsuring Pre-payroll process (Attendance input, Shift allowance, OT, Performance allowance etc. ØWage and Salary preparation. ØBill passing of Contractors on basis of Monthly. ØMaintaining Time office functions. ØTraining needs identification (TNI) & Annual Training Budget. ØDesign, Develop and conduct training programs as per training matrix. ØDevelopment of Employees at all levels & integrates it with related HR Systems. ØTo ensure & establish suitable evaluation techniques & feedback mechanism. ØTo maintain training histories of all employees. ØConduct Behavioral Trainings (For Workers, Team Leaders, Staff Members) ØIdentify Training Institutions /Agencies that provide specific training programs ØFacilitate assessment of impact of training programs of the employees.
