Job Responsibilities: Record maintenance in Excel, Account maintenance, reconciliation etc. Take balance confirmation from the client. Billing & Invoice understanding Maintaining MIS reports Good verbal and written communication skills. Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reporting will need to be done to the immediate manager . Follow up with clients to collect the money via email, phone. The role involves Invoice Query Resolution, Reconciliation & Client Interactions etc. Preference will be given to the candidate who has prior experience in the same field.
