JOB PROFILE: -
Operating Star Link Punching M/C.
Making new punching for New Joining
MIS Report maintain
Preparing Full & Final Settlements.
Responsible for entire Time office function like
Maintain Computerized Attendance, marking daily attendance & giving the attendance report of HR Manager
Prepare Salary& wages sheet, over time, etc.
Maintaining leave records.
Maintaining personal Files of staff and workers.
Calculation of Bonus, Gratuity, leaves, overtime, etc.
Online Challan’s E.S.I and PF
Monitoring housekeeping activities, organizing exhibitions, conducting regular  inspections of office infrastructure development.
Maintain 5S, Safety & Monitoring 5S Shop floor and all Departments.
Handle Grievances of employees and Maintaining Discipline.
Overall coordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction, and ensuring  cultural fit.
