we are Looking For -Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive
Industries  Power & Distribution Transformer, Servo Stabilizers & Rectifier Equipments.

 Job Profile  : 
●  Sales & Marketing of Power / Distribution Transformer upto 10 MVA in 11 & 33 KV Class, Servo Voltage
Stabilizers, Electroplating Rectifier Equipment and other allied products.
●  Facilitating entire Business Development for Transformers / Servo Stabilisers / Rectifier Equipment.
●  Manage all Sales / Marketing related activities in Private Sector, Government Sector, Export Market.
●  Develop Volume Business in Transformer / Servo Stabiliser / Rectifier with EPC Companies / PSU etc.
●  Direct & Corporate Sales for all RECONS Product Range.
●  Setting / Monitoring Targets and ensures accurate delivery of products.
●  Product Marketing and Field Marketing.
●  Lead Generation.á¹¢
●  Affiliate & Partnership Programs to increase Sales / Revenue.
●  Liaison with Agencies / Parties / Government & Private Sectors to deliver Key Business Accounts.
●  Maintaining the confidentiality of the data provided by the company for generating the leads.
●  Visiting, Meeting, Negotiating and Closure of Orders with Clients.
 â—  Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis to the Management on Sales and Business Development activity.

 Candidate Profile Preference  : 
●  Male Candidates from Transformer / Servo Stabiliser / Rectifier or Electrical Panel Industry are considerable.
●  Candidates must possess experience in Tendering / Export or Bulk Business from EPC or End Client in Government or Private Sector.
 â—  Candidates must be capable of delivering Target Results on Sole Basis.
