• Handling all plant related operations to ensure all production plans are met at highest quality levels
• Ensuring cost control and meeting all budgetary requirements
• Responsible for all the administrative activities for the plant
• Ensuring smooth integration of new products / manufacturing setups onto the existing lines
• Ensuring process excellence for all the manufacturing processes
• Ensuring plant productivity at highest efficiency levels
The Successful Applicant
• Preferably a Mechanical Engineer with 10-15+ years of experience
• Prior experience of heading a plant with 10+ years of people leadership experience
• Prior experience of setting up a plant and technology transfer for manufacturing
• Excellent communicator who has worked in cross functional teams
