Job Responsibilities:
My responsibility is to handle dealers Distributors Queries
Provide replacement & repairing of lights & its spares
Manage delivery timelines of Clients
Handle vendors forms
Coordinate with Production & Quality Department to rectify issues

Candidate Must have skills:
Coordination with backend team and sales and service team,
email writing, punctuality and timeliness, well versed in Excel and all Office tools,
report generation and analysis,
follow up for payments, strong team player, ability to supervise well
