Reporting to: Plant Head Location: Sohna Pali Road, Faridabad
JOB PURPOSE:
Heading the NPD Function and make sure all Developments in Time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES: New Product Development : ·Monitor New Product Development (NPD) activities to increase the business ·Layout finalization, Packaging sign off if new product added ·Hands on for Costing of New Product and Customer Negotiation ·Fixtures/Gauges Development and Line setup ·ECN Process Implementation in the company ·Develop system that track and optimize productivity level. ·Productivity improvement Projects (Saving of 10% manpower as per Budget) ·Be responsible for good product quality ·Conduct Daily Review Meeting (DRM) on Development with the team and monitor all parameters regularly ·Shop Floor Boards monitoring and updation regularly on NPD
