We are recruiting a Tenders & Contracts Administrator
As a Tenders & Contracts Administrator, you provide administration,
analysis and implementation support to the Manager, Business
Excellence and to the Projects teams covering all aspects of contracts
and tender submissions.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Administering the tender process,
ensuring that pre-qualifying
questionnaires are completed, pricing approved and tender documentation submitted on time.
Collating, filing and distributing tender and contract documentation to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Providing regular and ad hoc reporting as required to support internal and external customers in the tendering process.
Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and
The information input is accurate.
Preparing for and participating in periodic reviews with Management on tender and contract performance.
Preferred previous experience in Tenders & Contracts role;
Excellent computer system skills – all tender searching and submitting
platforms such as GeM.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word;
Strong language skills: English
Ability to work well within tight deadlines;
Excellent organizational skills are a must. Graduate.
