We are Looking For  Fabrication Line Supervisor  
Candidate Have Must Be Good Knowledge of MIG Welding 
Job Location - Sec-6, Faridabad 

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise the production Welding line team,
Providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve production goals and maintain high levels of morale.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Production Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective allocation of resources and meeting production targets.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the production line.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
