We are looking for Customer Support
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels to address their queries, provide technical assistance, and offer guidance on product usage.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on product features, functionality, and best practices to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our products and services, and relay this information to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with remote teams and clients is a plus.
