STORE INCHARGE - INVENTORY

We are looking for Inventory management experience 
Someone who has worked with Raw material and packaging material. Took care of GRN, MRN, eway bills
Working knowledge of Lifo and fifi, stock management. Warehouse/store management

Roles and Responsibilities
Must have experience of RM/PM (Raw materials and packing materials) Store handling.
Experience of handling raw materials ,Packing materials , consumables, stationery and housekeeping items.
Knowledge of FIFO and LIFO systems, and bin cards.
What is FIFO,LIFO, Bin cards
Must know about the process of gate entry, MRN ,Returnable Gate pass, Non-returnable Gate pass. and job work challans.
Gate entry-  For any material which will be gate in, there should be an entry which calls gate entry.
Returnable gate pass- In case of material dispatching outside and will be back again.
Non-Returnable Gate pass- In case when Outward item will not be back again.
Job work challan- The form or property of outward items will change in this case on receiving, meaning we will receive the
processed item from the vendor, to whom job work assign.
 Inventory management ,ERP operations, Knowledge of Debit and credit notes.
Debit note – To recover/settle the billed amount (GST also) with the supplier in the case of a service or supply failure or
non-acceptance of supply.
Credit note – Will be issued against the debit note from the supplier or service provider.
To maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels of the RM/PM. 

Coordinate with purchase for indented items fast delivery..

Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior work experience in the handling production
- Local Candidate will be preferred
- 2-6 years of experience in same field
