We are Looking For Services Engineer
- Visit Customers for Cat Product check up/recommendations of identified customers aimed as obtaining business.                            
- Prepare Service Report and orient for Work Order entries.
- Despatch/receipt from Stores/Customer Locations.
- Provide pre and post Sales/Service assistance.
- To assess for Parts requirement/scope of repair work for jobs assigned by Technical Advisor/Service Manager and submit report to the assigner.
- To familiarize with the OEM recommended procedures for repairs and comply strictly for assessment/reusability and actual repairs when assigned.
- To report to job assignee daily/from time to time of progress of work at site
- Submit the service report in the laid down format duly appended by the authorized customer’s representative as token of acceptance of the Report.
- To prepare the service report after attending the machines and it should be signed by customer representative.
- Submit the report to the Service Engineer.
