DESIGN ENGINEER

Hi.
We are Looking For  Design Engineer ( Assambly )
Location  IMT Faridabad
Position summary:  Design Engineer  system with consideration of function, quality,
manufacturability, costs and customers requirements. 

Industries 
Conveyors or  Machinery and Equipment

Responsibilities
Work out design proposals suitable for production and timeline
Work out standardized design proposal with much carry over component
Manage the Product Data Management

Duties
Concept, design space and mounting studies
Drawing  2D (CAD) and models 3D for development and serial production for aggregates and components including GD&T, classification of characteristics (CC/SC) and tolerance stackup
Compliance with national and international standards
Compliance with customer standards
Product data management (PDM): Manage CAD data, part numbers, part lists and BOM
Manage all drawing during the development
Engineering change management and manage all drawing during the development

In the development: according the development process
After release: only approved changes Constant active attendance at
Total value management (TVM) meeting
manufacturability analysis
Engineering changes
DFMEA meeting
Understand and comply Ten + process for release and data management
Should comply with company standards for attendance, ethics, values, behavior (personal / professional) etc
training / support / coaching of new colleagues

Minimum Requirements
D.M.E. / B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Automobile / Production)
Basic engineering knowledge (Design & Manufacturing)
Understanding of product structure (BOM)
Expert / user level in CAD - 2D , 3D Solid Work 
Part modeling, Drafting, Assembly, Surfacing (basics)
Microsoft Word/ Excel / Power Point: basic knowledge
Languages: Should be able to understand English & interact in English / Hindi 

Experience
4-5  years (Preferred Conveyors or  Machinery and Equipment)
