Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive
Location: NHPC, Faridabad
Experience: 3-4 years in the same industry (Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related sector)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Qualification & Customer Engagement:
o Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
o Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide initial solutions.
• Technical Support & Solution Designing:
o Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.
o Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
• Proposal & Documentation:
o Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed commercial offers.
o Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with accurate and competitive pricing.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends.
o Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and sales teams.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
o Support in addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
o Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
o Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in Pre-Sales within the Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related industry.
• Skills Required:
o Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and related equipment.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
o Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
• Preferred: Prior experience in handling international clients or B2B industrial sales.
