Responsible 
Responsible for Plan v/s Actual Production
Responsible for MIG/Tig Welding,CNC,VMC machining production .
Manpower management on shop floor.
Maintain the record of production daily, weekly and monthly.
Rejection control through hourly monitoring.
Manpower deputation on line as per skills of operators.
Red bin done along with CFT member & implemented decided action on shop floor
Improvement by kaizen and 5’s on shop floor.
