Qualification: Diploma in electronic , electrical,mechanical
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary Range: 15000 - 22000
Investigate and Troubleshoot the cause of problem (Engine, Hydraulics, AC & Electrical systems) of the construction machinery in a technical manner by effectively.
Update the log books and maintain the field service reports according to the work done on the machine.
To attend regular service and maintenance of machinery as per CAT service schedule.
Supporting product warranty issues by raising the PFR.
To achieve the spares sales target by educating and recommending the customer towards the usage of genuine spare parts.
Reporting the service manager in daily basis.
To attend commissioning and arrival checkups for the new machines.
Maintain the customer relationship according to the service agreement
