Skills Required
HVAC Project Managers oversee all phases of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning / MEP projects, from design and planning to installation and completion,
Eensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.
They shall coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and teams to deliver high-quality systems compliant with industry standards and regulations. -

Key Responsibilities
•Plan and execute HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and contract negotiations.
•Manage teams of technicians, monitor progress through reports and site meetings, and ensure quality control and safety protocols.
•Review designs, specifications, and bids; conduct audits and troubleshoot systems for efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred; 5-10+ years of HVAC installation and project management experience required.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, energy efficiency, and tools like blueprint reading and cost estimation.
•Proven skills in leadership, client relations, risk assessment, and software for project tracking. Preferred Skills
•Expertise in refrigeration, commissioning, and regulatory compliance.
•Ability to handle complex projects, negotiate contracts, and drive operational efficiency.
