Must Be Have Good Knowledge of Toolroom, Planing , Labur Handling Assamblying etc
Must be Have Good Knowledge of Fabrication& sheet metal
Salary 60000/ CTC.
Experience 10-15 Year
Gender Male
Required Min 10 +Yrs. continuous work with similar role & responsibilities preferably from Automotive Industry
Production Manager Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is performed in a safe, efficient manner.
Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and required labor.
Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
Establish safety procedures and protocols that take into account the well-being of workers, and that also reduce the carbon footprint.
Stay informed of advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Identify, document, and report unsafe practices.
Prepare production schedules and budgets for projects.
Schedule meetings with related departments and stakeholders.
Analyze all aspects of production and make recommendations for improvement.
Acquire necessary materials and equipment.
