Job description
* Manage client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Lead project coordination from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with founders and project heads to define new center concepts
Collaborate with founders and project heads to define new center concepts, activity mix, and space planning.
• Prepare business case reports including center profiling, demographic analysis, competition mapping, and audience estimation.
• Define pricing strategies, ticketing packages, and capacity planning based on activity mix.
• Coordinate with leasing team and mall developers for property discussions and documentation.
• Build revenue forecasts and commercial viability models for new locations.
• Track progress of each project milestone through regular updates and stakeholder meetings.
• Liaise with internal teams (Design, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to align deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, follow-up dashboards, and ensure tasks are closed on time.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal review and investor meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Project Management, Architecture, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, leasing, business planning, or strategy (retail, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to work on Excel models and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
