Job Summary:
The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that raw materials and finished products meet the required quality standards.
A key part of the role involves operating and analyzing results from a spectrometer to assess chemical composition and maintain material consistency and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a quality control role, with hands-on spectrometer use.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical properties, material standards, and test procedures.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards (e.g., ASTM, IS, ISO).

Key Responsibilities:
• Spectrometer Operations:
Operate and calibrate the spectrometer for analyzing metal/alloy composition.
Interpret spectrometric results to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Maintain and document test results for traceability and quality audits.

• Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and quality checks of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Maintain quality control documentation and ensure adherence to ISO/industry standards.
Identify deviations or defects and coordinate with production for corrective action.

• Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain test reports, certificates of analysis, and compliance documentation.
Assist in internal and external audits related to product quality and lab practices.
Ensure laboratory instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
