Key Responsibilities:
1. **Machine Setup and Operation**:
- Set up CYP laser cutting machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Operate CNC laser machines to cut, shape, and engrave materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
2. **Programming and Editing**:
- Program CYP laser machines using appropriate software and G-code.
- Edit machine programs to optimize performance and ensure precision.
3. **Quality Control**:
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.
4. **Maintenance**:
- Perform routine maintenance on CYP laser machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tools, and equipment.
5. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations, including setup, production, and maintenance activities. - Report any discrepancies, defects, or issues to supervisors and recommend corrective actions.
