Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Follow-Up & Inquiry Executive to manage incoming leads, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to follow up on inquiries, leads, or service feedback.
2. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages regarding product or service-related questions.
3. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and communication history using CRM tools or Excel.
4. Coordinate with the sales and production teams to provide accurate updates to customers.
5. Share product information, offers, and promotions to increase conversions.
6. Handle post-purchase support and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Remind customers about re-orders, subscriptions, or scheduled consultations.
8. Maintain high professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
2. Good interpersonal skills with a polite and confident attitude.
3. Basic computer proficiency – Excel, email, CRM systems, WhatsApp Web.
4. Organized and detail-oriented.
5. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales follow-up preferred.
