Department Sales & Marketing (or Business Development – depending on internal structure)

engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality adhesive products.
Job Profile
- Manage and drive sales targets for the assigned state region
- Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Distributors
- Monitor and increase dealer/distributor network
- Develop market penetration strategies
- Ensure proper brand visibility and execution at ground level
- Coordinate with HO for supply chain, marketing campaigns, and reporting

Experience
7–15 years in sales with at least 3 years in a regional/state head role; must be from tile adhesive or construction chemical background
Salary ?10 – ?15 LPA (depending on experience and region)
Education B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field)
BBA or B.Com (for business/sales- focused candidates)
B.Tech (Chemical/Civil Engineering – preferred in technical sales roles)
Post-Graduation
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, any other also applicable.
Certificate in Sales & Distribution Management
Product Training in Construction
CRM or SAP knowledge
Communication & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Able to present and report data confidently to leadership
