Job Description Role & Responsibilities Ensure, Implement and Sustain 5S condition at shop floor.
Complete and promote Kaizen,
Poke-Yoke activity to improve product quality and Productivity.
Ensure in-house product quality to deliver good parts to customer.
Develop all new model parts quality requirements.
Handling Customer complaints, Root Cause analysis and countermeasure action taken.
Give supplier problem feedback to concern department and follow up from concern department.
To maintain training records. Ensure all plans and reports are completed on time.
Review all standards and operations. Implement and maintain all quality documents as per company standard.
Ensure and handling of rejection and rework. Cause analysis and corrective action taken for the elimination of rejection and rework.
To make action plan and ensure their execution to meet company goals and targets.
Develop quality control systems. Conducting audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Identifying areas for quality improvement and proposing solutions.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be from Sheet Metal industry
