Urgent Hiring Senior Production Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer Weld shop to manage and optimize welding operations in our manufacturing facility.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, improving welding productivity,
and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day welding production activities including MIG/TIG welding operations.
* Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality and delivery timelines.
* Supervise welding operators and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.
* Monitor and improve welding parameters, cycle time, and productivity.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, and inspection requirements.
* Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production planning teams for smooth operations.
* Implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
* Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
* Ensure proper maintenance of welding fixtures, jigs, and machines.
* Support new product development trials and production readiness.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop floor discipline.
* Handle customer quality requirements and internal audits when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
* Experience 4-10 years experience in welding production in automotive or sheet metal manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of MIG welding, welding fixtures, jigs, and fabrication processes.
* Experience in manpower handling and shop floor production management.
* Understanding of quality systems, welding defects, and corrective actions.
* Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
