who is an expert in making 2D and 3D programs on CNC machines.
We are standard die parts manufacturer of press sheet metal components . must know 2D programming
must know 3D programming
must be able to set program on CNC
must know to handle ATC.rocess planning for critical parts i.e. core cavity of  Press tool.
CNC machine controller Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain
Mastercam.
Verify production set-up and production programming and Preparation of 3d models
Inspection report and job card
Daily machine priorities.
Daily production reports.
Maintain records for machine idle hours.
Shift arrangement.
Provide set up sheet for all machines.
Point op (daily work of operator record).
Program sheet soft copy.
Daily production meeting.
Provide tooling for all machines.
Machine operating in urgency. DME
