Job Responsibilities:
? Assist the sales team in closing orders and managing the sales process efficiently.
? Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and order statuses.
? Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses.
? Prepare and send emails related to sales operations, order confirmation, and client Communication.
? Support the negotiation process with clients, ensuring competitive deals and favorable Terms
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer Satisfaction.
? Generate sales reports and analyze performance to suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Knowledge Required:
? Strong communication and email etiquette.
? Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
? Organizational skills to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
? Prepare quotations accurately and professionally for potential clients.
