Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage 15–30 inbound customer leads per day (calls, WhatsApp, website leads).
Understand customer requirements such as water source, TDS, hardness, usage, and application.
Guide customers on phone to select the right Ionix product (filters, softeners, RO systems, etc.).
Explain product features, benefits, installation requirements, and pricing clearly.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until closure.
Update lead status, follow-ups, and customer details accurately.
Coordinate with installation, dispatch, and support teams when required.
