Analyze a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls. Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone. Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up. Create new leads by participating in tech conferences and meetups. Send job offer letters and complete paperwork.
