JD For the Position of Manager (Dispatch & Logistic)
Dispatch Operations: Manage and oversee scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Coordination: Liaise with production, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and timely material delivery.
Route Optimization: Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and reduce delivery times.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure sufficient stock is available for dispatch.
Issue Resolution: Professionally and promptly resolve delivery-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve dispatch operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of dispatch personnel to ensure high performance and productivity.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Note –
Flexible & Laminated Packaging Industry Experience would be preferred.
Salary Structure-40-50K
Experience -5 to 10 Years
