The Client are a multi-venture company spanning lifestyle, music, and consumer products — including brands , Wave Earplugs, Electric Sole, Track, and our Marketplace initiative. With manufacturing roots and creative projects across music and culture,
They are now building a strong business development team to scale partnerships, sponsorships, and new opportunities.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can take ownership of growth initiatives, partnerships, and sales channels across our brands.
This role demands someone who thrives on building relationships, exploring new markets, and executing opportunities that connect our ventures with the right people, platforms, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations across lifestyle, music, and product categories.
Manage and expand sales channels for products like Wave Earplugs and other consumer offerings.
Explore B2B opportunities with festivals, venues, and retailers.
Support outreach for marketplace tie-ups ( AR/NFC products, etc.).
Maintain relationships with existing partners, vendors, and distributors.
Work closely with management and other teams (social media, logistics, events).
What We are Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (music/lifestyle industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Passion for creative industries, music, and new-age consumer products.
Willingness to travel for meetings, festivals, and events.
