Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp and reliable Executive Assistant to support the management in overseeing day-to-day business activities across multiple ventures.
The role involves coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks even in the absence of leadership.
This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and being the backbone of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for management on daily operations.
Coordinate with internal teams (social media, accounts, logistics, vendors, event staff).
Track tasks across different ventures and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize schedules, calls, and follow-ups with dealers, artists, and partners.
Prepare reports, maintain trackers, and handle routine communications.
Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and projects.

What We are Looking For:
0–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working across multiple industries (manufacturing, lifestyle, music).
