Education - Diploma , B-tech in Mechanical
Expeirence - 10-20+Year
Salary - 6 to 7 LPA
Industries - Sheet Matel, Stamping Components

Plant Head (Only from Sheet Metal Background )

REQUIREMENT 
Managing the complete operations of Sheet metal plant exposure
Well aware of Platting Techniques
ON  IATF 16949/ MACE ALL DOCUMENTS
Review and manage production and operational costs on a periodic basis ensuring strict controls
Supply chain functions while lending full support to Sales team for customer fulfilment.
Acquisition and product development processes
The plant has a team size of around 80 employees with around 18  team members directly
Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and deadlines, ability to learn quickly
The objective of this position has to drive the performance and business growth of the plant by
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a challenging environment
Effective organizational and time management skills
Lead the engineering efforts for discussion of new RFQs, RFQ
conversion and new part development .
