Job Title: HR Executive – HR Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive (HR Operations) with prior experience in a manufacturing setup.
The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations with a focus on attendance, payroll processing, statutory compliance, discipline management,
and employee lifecycle administration—especially for blue-collar employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor and manage daily attendance for all employees through biometric or HRMS system.
• Verify and reconcile attendance data for payroll input.
• Maintain and update leave records; ensure accurate application of leave policies.
2. Payroll Administration
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions).
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements and payslip distribution.
• Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax, etc.).
3. Statutory Compliance
• Maintain records and ensure timely filing of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with external consultants/auditors for compliance audits.
• Update management on changes in labor laws applicable to manufacturing sector.
4. Discipline & Grievance Handling
• Monitor punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in resolving grievances of blue-collar and staff employees.
• Conduct counseling sessions and issue warning letters or memos when necessary.
5. Offboarding & Exit Formalities
• Manage employee resignations, clearances, F&F settlements, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and compliance during exit.
6. Blue-Collar Workforce Management
• Manage worker attendance, overtime sheets, shift rosters, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with line managers for labor requirements and contractor workforce control.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks, welfare checks, and engagement for worker retention.
7. HR Technology & Data Management
• Handle HRMS / Payroll software (preferably KEKA, SAP, or similar).
• Generate MIS reports on attendance, headcount, attrition, and overtime.
• Maintain employee personal files, digital records, and database accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations within a manufacturing company.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HRMS (e.g., KEKA, SAP, or Tally HR module), MS Excel, and payroll processing.
• Behavioural Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and people management skills.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR practices.
