Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and HR documentation.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
Handle recruitment and selection across staff and worker levels.
Conduct interviews and manage offer, joining, and onboarding formalities.
Execute induction programs for new hires.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Maintain and update employee performance records.
Foster positive employee relations and manage grievance handling.
Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities.
Monitor discipline and ensure adherence to company policies on the shop floor.
Oversee HR administration, time office, uniforms, and housekeeping.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and support audits.
