SR. HR EXECUTIVE

Department: Senior Human Resources Executive 
Reports To: General Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job advertisements and manage candidate screening.
Liaising with the labour contractor for day-to-day manpower needs.
Coordinate interviews and issue offer letters.
Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.

2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Handle employment contracts, appraisals, and exit formalities.

3. Payroll & Attendance
Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors for monthly salary processing

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize team events, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
Address grievances and maintain employee morale.
ESI & PF records and management. Drafting HR policies.

5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure HR policies are followed.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

6. Security Gate
Ensure security policies are followed.
Coordinate with the gatekeeper and introduce day-to-day work and all security perimeters.
All registers should be monitored daily.

Administrative Duties:
1. Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations (cleanliness, stationery, equipment).
Coordinate maintenance and vendor management.
Checking fire and other safety equipment.

2. Asset & Inventory Management
Track company assets and office supplies.
Maintain purchase and usage records.

3. Travel & Accommodation
Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for staff or guests.

4. Facility Management
Ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and welcoming.

5. Liaison Activities
Communicate with government bodies, legal consultants, and service providers when required.
Taking care of Factory license, Fire NOC or other certification is needed.

6. Private Properties
Taking care of all private properties of the director, like civil, administrative and other personal requirement
