IT MANAGER

JOB TITLE – IT MANAGER
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong technical skills in managing websites (WordPress), landing pages, hosting & domains
Practical knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho / HubSpot) and automation tools
Good understanding of WhatsApp Business API tools (WATI / Interakt)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data reporting
Basic skills in photo/video editing, file management, and digital asset workflows
Strong coordination and project execution skills
Ability to lead and supervise a team of 2 IT Executives
High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and accountability

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and update the company website, including product pages, demo
registration pages, operator training pages, and marketing landing pages.
Ensure smooth functioning of hosting, domain, SSL certificates, backups, website
performance, and uptime.
Maintain CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot), including:
Set up and manage WhatsApp automation flows (WATI / Interakt) for:
Website inquiries
Operator certification registration
Warranty registration
Demo day registrations
Coordinate daily work of 2 IT Executives for tasks such as:
Photo/video capture during installations, demos, and events
Basic editing and formatting of media
Uploading content on website and channels
Updating CRM records and lead data
Managing digital content library
Prospects’ data research and leads database management.
Maintain structured Google Drive folders and ensure proper organization of media,
documents, and digital assets
Publish LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content as provided by the Marketing
Manager (IT executes, does not create content).
Prepare weekly data and performance reports on leads, demos, operator
registrations, website traffic, CRM status, and automation performance.
Coordinate with external vendors (web developers, automation service providers, IT
support vendors) when required.

EXPERIENCE
5–10 years of experience in IT operations, website management, CRM administration, or digital system management
Experience supervising junior staff preferred
Manufacturing/industrial company experience is an advantage
Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Fluency in English with strong documentation skills
LOCATION – Faridabad

SALARY – ?5L – ?6.5L PA (Based on experience)
