Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3 to 8 years of relevant experience in new product development.

Strong systematic problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Five S principles.

Demonstrated man and management skills.

Proficient in measurement instrument handling.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience in press operations and sheet metal manufacturing.

Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and feasibility study processes.
