Key Assignments/ Tasks
Coordinating with the sales team (PAN India) to processing order.
Check Variations project wise and reporting to the team.
Documentation work (Vendor Registration form, project details, handing over certificates etc.)
Full & Final, Retention payment, Mailing, Reconcile Outstanding payment ledger and follow up.
Communicating with the PPC team for delivery schedule.
Making & monitoring daily invoicing report.
Profit costing as per project and report to the team.
Performa invoice, project wise payment sheet, spares service challan.
Invoice processing for billing and finalize with accounts team.
Build Clients relationships and Co-ordinating with team to resolve the queries.
Making sheet of transportation and repot to the manager.
Handle projects - Novotel, MQDC, McKinsey, Ameriprise, Google, Akamai etc.
