TELE CALLER

We are looking for Tele Caller
Job Summary:  
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Tele callers & Admission Counsellor to guide students in their academic and career choices.
The role involves counselling students, assisting with admissions and providing information on educational programs and institutions.  

Key Responsibilities : 
Provide academic counselling and career guidance to students.
Assist students in selecting courses, Universities and study destinations. 
Handle admission processes including Course guidance, registration, Fee deposition.
Stay updated with university admission requirements, scholarships and policies.
Coordination with the University counsellor .
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.  

 Requirements:  
Minimum 10+2 
1-2 years of experience in counselling or admissions.
Freshers are also welcome for Tele calling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
