looking for a dedicated Furniture Production Manager to lead our
production unit and ensure seamless operations on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise end-to-end furniture production on the factory
floor, specifically focused on solid wood furniture
 Oversee daily factory operations including cutting, assembling,
sanding, polishing, and finishing. 
Allocate tasks to carpenters and technicians, monitor workflow,  and ensure on-time delivery.
Connect with the designers and the furniture workers for the  coordination of the work.
Interpret and execute technical drawings and design blueprints for custom and bulk orders. 
Ensure quality control at every stage of production and maintain 
high standards of craftsmanship.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations. 
Track and manage inventory of raw materials, tools, hardware, and finishing supplies.
Train and mentor factory staff, promote safety protocols, and
ensure compliance with factory regulations. 
Troubleshoot any production delays or technical issues on the floor. 
Maintain production reports and contribute to planning for  upcoming collections.

Proven experience in factory supervision or production management.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/CAD files and
convert them into physical prototypes and final products.
Team leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Understanding of safety standards and quality benchmarks in
furniture production.
