Job Role: Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Day Shift)
Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 per month (Based on relevant experience and interview performance
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in tele-calling or tele-sales roles is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential to interact effectively with clients.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Faridabad are strongly preferred.
Attitude: Highly motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
