Experience 8-10 Uear in the plastic injection moulding line is preferred.

JD for QMS Head :

Requirements :
1 Knowledge of plastic moulding industry - machine operation, type of defects, process knowledge
2  IATF documentation knowledge -
covering all subjects -
NPD, PPAP, 4M, Standard Manegment, Maintenance,
HR and Training, Internal Audit, Inspection instruments and equipment
handling, SPC and MSA
3  Certified internal auditor
4  Team management and leadership skills
5  Maruti VSA ( optional )
6  QMS Experience - 8 - 10 years

Job description
1 Conducting daily meeting
2 Implementation of all procedures and standards as per QMS for Polymer Products
3 Reviewing work and documents of all departments
4 Carrying out internal audits
5 Carrying out meetings with CFT for NPD, PFMEA, Rejection analysis, etc
6 Facing customer audits
7 Internal training of team and upgradation of team
8 Conducting MRMs
9 Preparing new documents, procedures, standards as per requirement
