We are looking for an HR Executive ( Training & Development Executive) to join our Client
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth.
This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance enhancement strategies.
The Candidate will play a crucial part in cultivating a learning culture that aligns with our business objectives and strengthens our overall organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs through comprehensive skill gap analyses, performance appraisals, and consultations with department heads and management.
- Design, plan, and deliver high-impact learning programs, including technical, behavioral, and leadership training sessionsboth in-person and via digital platforms.
- Develop engaging and interactive training content, e-learning modules, and learning materials customized to different roles and departments.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new employees into the company culture.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance improvements to ensure continuous learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify business challenges and align training programs with strategic objectives and performance goals.
- Utilize modern learning technologies, including LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and blended learning techniques, to create an impactful learning experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated training databases, attendance records, feedback forms, and progress reports for management review.
- Research and implement emerging trends in learning and development to ensure Prime Hire Inc stays ahead in fostering a future-ready workforce.
- Act as a culture ambassador by promoting continuous learning, collaboration, and personal growth across all teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate interactive and effective training programs across various organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, competency mapping, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of organizational and analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
