NPD MANAGER

we are looking For NPD /Costing Manager -
Candidate Should Be Have Knowledge Of Part Development & Costing of Sheet Metal / Fabrication product costing
He Should be expert in Mechanical Product costing  from Sheet Metal industry

Industries Sheet Metal , Fabrication Manufturing
Location - Sector 59, Ballabgarh Faridabad
Salary will be  - 70 to 80k
Education Diploma, B. Tech from mechanical background.
Experience 8-20 years of working experience in NPD.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ability to translate a technical idea into a practical approach
Extended knowledge of Auto- CAD design.
Extended knowledge of measurement equipment and methods, Supportive attitude,
Should Be have Good Knowledge of Documentation
New parts Development (NPD) (Weightage 30%)
Responsible for all customer specific documents like technical workbook, Special characteristics matrix, QAF, Project status sheet etc.
Responsible for opening the BOM for new parts in ERP.
Responsible for updating the development status to customers through NPD meetings or mail along with the engineering manager.
Vendor Development for existing and new parts (Weightage 10%)
Responsible for circulating drawings, standards, and other technical support to suppliers for development.
Ask for the feasibility and quotation for development.
Assist the engineering manager for scope of saving in existing parts.
Maintaining BOM, Cycle time and operation cycle in Ligest (Weightage 10%)
Responsible for opening and updating BOM and operation cycle in ERP for existing parts as well.
After freezing the cycle time with approval from the engineering manager, updating the same in ERP.
