QUALITY MANAGER

We are looking for Quality Manager

Industries Sheet Metal , Fabrication Manufturing
Location - Sector 59, Ballabgarh Faridabad
Salary will be  -50k to 60k
Education Diploma, B. Tech from mechanical background.
Experience 8-20 years of working experience in Quality - MR.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead quality teams to achieve zero-defect production.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Manage IATF 16949 documentation and certification.
Oversee customer audits, SQAs, and MACE documentation.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Quality metrics improvement.
Audit compliance.
Customer satisfaction
Team performance and development.
Continuous improvement initiatives
