ELECTRICAL - INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Job Title: E&I Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Location: Bhatgaon, Sonipat, Haryana
Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Salary Budget: ?35,000 – ?65,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

About the Company
We are a growing electrical panel manufacturing unit based in Bhatgaon, Sonipat,
Specializing in LT/HT panels, MCC, PCC, PLC panels, and industrial automation solutions

Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical Engineering
• Design and development of LT panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and control panels
• Preparation of SLD, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM
• Component selection (breakers, contactors, relays, PLC, VFD, etc.)
• Load calculation and cable sizing
2. Instrumentation
• Selection and integration of field instruments (sensors, transmitters, etc.)
• PLC wiring and control circuit troubleshooting
• Testing & commissioning support at site
3. Production & Quality
• Supervise panel assembly and wiring team
• Ensure quality standards and testing procedures (FAT)
• Coordination with QA/QC team
4. Client & Site Coordination
• Technical discussions with clients
• Site visits for commissioning & troubleshooting
• Coordination with purchase and production teams

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design & standards
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens/Schneider/Delta preferred)
• Understanding of industrial electrical safety standards
• Good troubleshooting skills

Educational Qualification
• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering

Preferred Experience
• Experience in panel manufacturing industry
• Exposure to automation projects
• Knowledge of relevant standards (IS/IEC)

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ?40,000 – ?65,000 per month
