RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages as necessary.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in customer service or administrative support.

Knowledge of office management software and phone systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Office-based setting with frequent interaction with clients, staff, and vendors.

Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required for special events or needs.
