Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries, ledger postings).
Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Manage accounts payable and receivable; process invoices and receipts.
Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
Maintain financial records and reporting for management decision-making.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate / small business).
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
