MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary
Our Client are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, domestic & international lead generation, export marketing, and business expansion.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives in B2B, institutional, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
Develop market entry strategies for new geographies.

2. Brand Development & Positioning
Strengthen brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
Manage corporate branding, brochures, technical presentations, and website content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Position the company as a reliable engineering and export-oriented brand.

3. Business Development Support
Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, exhibitions, and networking.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, product catalogs, and pitch decks.
Coordinate with the tendering team for proposal presentations.
Assist in preparing pre-qualification documents and vendor registrations.

4. Export Marketing & International Business Development
Identify and develop export markets for company products.
Appoint and manage international distributors, agents, and channel partners.
Handle export inquiries, pricing strategy, and international negotiations.
Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams for export documentation and shipment.
Monitor international trade regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Participate in international trade fairs and buyer-seller meets.
Develop strategies for global brand visibility through trade portals and international platforms.
Explore opportunities under government export promotion schemes and incentives.

5. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, and email campaigns.
Monitor website analytics and optimize performance.
Develop content strategy (blogs, case studies, product updates).
Manage B2B marketplace presence (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Global trade portals).

6. Exhibitions & Corporate Events
Plan and execute participation in domestic and international trade fairs and industry exhibitions.
Represent the company at business conferences and networking events.
Coordinate stall design, promotional materials, and branding activities.

7. Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with key domestic and international clients.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis.
Build long-term institutional and export client relationships.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Submit monthly MIS reports to management.
Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rate, cost per lead, revenue contribution, and export revenue growth.
Analyze international market performance and competitor positioning.

Required Qualifications
MBA in Marketing / International Business (Preferred)
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business

Required Experience
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing (Manufacturing/Engineering/Industrial preferred)
Experience in Export Marketing & International Business Development
Experience in Government / PSU marketing & tender management

Required Skills

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Digital marketing proficiency
CRM software knowledge
Tender marketing experience (Government / PSU exposure preferred)
Knowledge of export documentation & international trade compliance
Leadership & team management capability
Negotiation skills for international markets

Preferred Experience
Experience in railway / brake pads / engineering / industrial products sector
Exposure to government tenders, GeM portal, and institutional marketing
Experience handling marketing budgets and vendor agencies
Experience dealing with international clients and overseas distributors

Salary
 75,000 to 1,25,000 PM
